Any cancellation notification shall be written.
The total amount of deposit mentioned in the paragraph “Booking” will be kept according to the following rules:
The cancellation notice should be provided at least 48 hours before the planned arrival date. No penalty will be applied if the cancellation is notified by email a minimum of 48 hours prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation is notified less than 48 hours before the planned arrival date, or in case of no show, we will keep or charge the deposit mentioned above in the paragraph “Booking”.

For special packages (Early Bird, etc.) we charge the whole package price at time of booking without refund in case of cancellation.* We reserve the right to charge a deposit, and will inform the customer prior to this. If no deposit is charged, we ask for credit card details as a guarantee. In case of no-show or cancellation subject to penalties, we automatically charge the credit card.
