The reception is open 24 hours a day. We would appreciate you advising us if you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm at the time of reservation or by calling us in advance at + 33 (0) 4 90 54 32 54.
We accept MasterCard and Visa as well as cash in Euros.
To confirm your booking you will need to provide your credit card number with its expiry date (Visa or MasterCard). We reserve the right to charge as a deposit the following:
Any cancellation notification shall be made in writing.
The total amount of deposit mentioned in the paragraph “Booking” will be kept according to the following rules:
The cancellation notice should be provided at least 7 days before the planned arrival date before 12AM (noon). No penalty will be applied if the cancellation is notified by email a minimum of 7 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation is notified less than 7 days before the planned arrival date, or in case of no show, we will keep or charge the deposit mentioned above in the paragraph “Booking”.
Summary table – Deposit and cancellation policies for individuals
For special packages (Early Bird, Non-refundable, etc.) we charge the whole package price at time of booking without refund in case of cancellation.
We reserve the right to charge a deposit, and will inform the customer prior to this. If no deposit is charged, we ask for credit card details as a guarantee. In case of no-show or cancellation subject to penalties, we automatically charge the credit card.
After the cancellation period or after check-in, should you shorten your stay, you will be charged a minimum of one night’s accommodation or 50 % of the accommodation or package value of the balance of your stay.For any reservation done as a package (bed and breakfast, half board and other packages), non consumed services will not be reimbursed.
Bookings of 5 rooms or more will be considered as group bookings. Specific conditions apply and a quote will be provided by the hotel. At the time of booking confirmation, we will ask for 2 pre-payments: one payment of 50% at the time of booking confirmation, and one payment of 50% two months before the arrival date. Pre-payments are not reimbursable.
There is no additional room charge for children under the age of 3 when sharing their parent’s accommodation room. A baby cot is available upon request at the reservation (subject to limited availability).
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the French government may ask hotel and restaurant owners to require, during certain periods, the presentation of a health pass in order to access the establishment. During these periods, the customer will have to make sure to have a valid health pass. In case of presentation of an invalid pass, the customer will be charged the same penalties as in the case of a no-show or late cancellation.
Breakfast is available from 8:00 to 10:30 am each day. An extra of 5 Euros is charged per person for breakfast served in the room
Lunch is available in our Bistro on the terrace or on the poolside from 12:30 to 3:30 pm. Sandwiches and snacks are available on request throughout the day
Dinner is available in our restaurant or alongside the pool from 7:30 to 9:30 pm (time of last order)
The swimming pool is available for all hotel’s guests and is open for swimming between 8:00 am and 7:30 pm – children must be supervised at all times by their parents. Safety jackets are available at the reception desk.
It is not allowed to jump into the pool and the use of toys and buoys is forbidden.
For hygienic reasons, we ask our guests to shower before and after swimming.
Rates exclude our local Stay Tax, which is €3.60 per person per night.
Tips and gratuities to our team members are at our guest’s discretion and we do not apply any compulsory service charges.
Here at Benvengudo we do not permit smoking within our guest rooms or within enclosed public areas; there are ample terraces and outdoor areas throughout the property. A sanitisation fee of 500 € will be charged where smoking occurs within a guest room.
Parking is available on site and is free of charge – limited undercover parking is available. Whilst reasonable security measures are taken, we accept no responsibility for any theft or damages to vehicles that may occur while moving or parked on our premises.
At Benvengudo we recognise that pets are like family and are thus welcome. We have a limited number of rooms that are suitable for guests travelling with pets; please see our Reservations page for current rates. Pets must always be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel grounds.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. No more than two pets per room are allowed. Pets must not be left unattended in the room to avoid property damages. In addition, for reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed on the beds, armchairs or sofas. A cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the supplement if the condition of the room requires more cleaning time.

Unless otherwise specified all accommodation and packages rates quoted are based on double occupancy. Please see our Reservations page for current rates for additional guests.
We welcome the opportunity to assist you with advice on local activities, events and entertainment, special experiences and even airport and train (TGV) transfers.
We will have to charge any damage done by the guest in his/her room, or any stolen object belonging to the hotel, when this is noticed by the hotel’s staff prior or after your check-out. An inventory of fixtures will be done before and after the stay for the “Côté Petite Maison” and “Côté Grande Maison” apartments.
For any belonging forgotten after check-out, the postal/courier fees will be at the charge of the guest.
We do not have rooms for people with reduced mobility.
Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these hotel policies shall come under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tarascon (13).
