Wine Dinner Menu

On Friday 20th of May we organize an evening “wine and food pairing”.

The evening will start in collaboration with editions Géné Provence, an animation of the author Jean Faggianelli around his book “Le souffle des Tarares” at 7 pm.

Proposed menu costs € 75 per person including:

  • The perfect 64 farmacia egg, carrot and arugula emulsion
    served with a glass of Château d’Estoublon White 2011
  • Cod, peas, raspberry and elderflower
    served with a glass of Pouilly Fumé Ladoucette 2012
    or
    Free range chicken, zucchini, goat milk and lemon condiment
    served with a glass of Château des Tours Rouge 2011
  • As a modern Vacherin, brousse cheese and citrus
    served with a glass of  Muscat Beaumes de Venise 2014

Dinner on Friday, May 20th at 7:30 pm

The evening will be hosted by a sommelier who chose a selection of wines in agreement with the dishes. Aperitif, water and coffee not included in the menu price.
