Les Olivades in Les Baux de Provence on 1st of November 2025
Following the success of previous editions, we are delighted to invite you to our annual Olivades event, which will take place this year on Saturday 1st November 2025.
On the programme: an authentic and convivial afternoon dedicated to olives and our Alpilles terroir. Alongside the Beaupied family, you will take part in harvesting the different varieties of olives from the La Benvengudo olive grove.
The discovery will continue at Moulin Castelas, located in Les Baux-de-Provence, where the Hugues family will open their doors to you and reveal the secrets of how they make their world-renowned olive oils. A guided tasting will awaken your taste buds and prepare your senses for a themed dinner created by our Chef, who will showcase the olive in all its forms.
The evening will be punctuated by the sunny energy of the local group News Flamenco, whose southern sounds will accompany this moment of sharing and gourmet delights.

Program
14:45 Start of Les Olivades – Meet the Beaupied family in front of the hotel reception.
15:00 – 16:30 Olive picking
Discover the different local varieties in the La Benvengudo olive grove.
16:30 -16:50 Refreshment break
Tea or coffee accompanied by sweet treats prepared by our Pastry Chef.
17:00 – 18:00 Visit to the Castelas Mill (Les Baux-de-Provence)
Transportation of the harvest, explanation of the crushing process and introduction to oil tasting by the olive grower.
18:15 Return to the hotel.
19:00 Aperitif & Olivades dinner with music
Olivades menu accompanied by the group News Flamenco (gypsy sounds).
Overnight stay in a double room, breakfast included.

Package from 278 Euros per person in a Bastide room or from 300 Euros per person in a Garden room.
These prices include dinner – excluding drinks, room and breakfast and the event described above.

For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
