A part ça, c'est un super hôtel, bonne situation et surtout très accueillant. une très belle piscine et l'eau, en bonne température. REVIEWER COMMENT: Un séjour agréable (déjà la quatrième fois), un service fantastique et une très bonne cuisine.Mais pour le prix (1000 euros par nuit pour 4 personnes) on s'attend à quelque chose de plus. Les chambres, la piscine et les transats mériteraient d'être rénovées.

Le montant total de votre séjour a pu inclure les prestations de restauration et de boissons, ce qui expliquerait la différence perçue. COMMENTAIRES Malheureusement, je pense que le personnel avec la chaleur n'était pas de très bonne humeur ou fatigué et ça se sentait dans le service. De plus, les portions sont vraiment petites vs le prix facturé. L'endroit est magnifique, mais je pense que vous devriez revoir la partie restaurant (peut-être moins de tables pour mieux gérer le service et adapter les prix à l'assiette).

Les œufs arrivaient quand nous avions presque fini de manger, et était en trop grande quantité, donc gaspillage.

REVIEWER COMMENT: Hôtel sympathique qui souhaite se donner un genre qu'il n'a pas. Beau bâtiment, belle piscine et beau jardin mais le reste, on le retrouve sans peine dans un 3 étoiles... voire chez l'habitant! Il faut absolument une voiture pour séjourner dans cet hôtel. Si le beau temps n'est pas présent, il serait top d'avoir un Spa dans l'établissement pour divertir les clients et les convaincre de rester dans votre établissement.

COMMENTAIRES Belle dimension - bonne literie - Sdb grande et très fonctionnelle - nous étions dans la chambre 1 et nous entendions la musique du restaurant et du petit-déjeuner en dessous...

COMMENTAIRES Vous êtes un établissement 4 étoiles!!! Le serveur au restaurant n'avait pas l'air intéressé par son travail. Même constat au petit déjeuner lorsque nous lui avons demandé une omelette au fromage (qui est payante à 5 euros alors que cela ne nous a jamais été précisé - nous avons été surpris à la facture finale). Désolé de vous le dire mais pour un établissement de cette classe, le personnel doit être au top et motivé! Par contre, à notre départ, ma femme avait oublié sa trousse de toilettes et la femme de chambre l'a remarqué rapidement et nous a appelé pour que l'on vienne la récupérer - chapeau bas Mme pour votre professionnalisme ! - MERCI

COMMENTAIRES Nous avons profité d'une offre Qoqa et tant mieux. Personnellement, je ne débourserais pas 340 euros pour une nuit dans votre établissement alors que le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris - mais si cela fonctionne, tant mieux pour vous.

COMMENTAIRES Beaucoup de cakes et gâteaux. Peu de fruit frais, vois quasiment pas (le dernier jour, uniquement 2 oranges dans un plat???) - il faudrait spécifier que l'omelette proposée est payante car si un serveur vient me demander si je souhaite une omelette, ce n'est pas clair si c'est compris ou pas dans le petit-déjeuner.

COMMENTAIRES Musique toujours le même style (pas très agréable) - lors de notre souper, bruit sonore strident durant 12 minutes (provenant apparemment d'un détecteur incendie) - par contre, aucune excuse ou un peuit amuse bouche pour s'excuser de la gêne occasionnée (personnellement, si ce dîner ne nous était pas offert dans l'offre Qoqa, nous serions partis). Nourriture bonne mais pas très élaborée pour un 4*... Sans parler de la dorade...( à peine arrivés, on nous porpose de la dorade avec un supplément de 15 euros - nous répondons que nous ne sommes pas intéressés. Le jour même, peu avant midi, je reçoi un tél sur mon portable pour me proposer de la dorade pour le dîner - problème de communication - nous avons dit ne pas vouloir de dorade...) - De plus, nous avons commandé une bonne bouteille pour le dîner - dommage de ne pas avoir de verres adéquat que ces petits verres à pieds toutjuste bon pour ...du jus d'orange (nous sommes allés au restaurant dans les villages avoisinants et les verres à vin rouge étaient appropriés - mais je ne parle pas de retaurants gastronomiques)
