Beginning of the Olivades at 3 p.m. Meet the owners in front of the hotel’s olive grove.
3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Olive picking
5:00 – 6:00 p.m Delivery of the harvest to the Moulin Castelas in Baux de Provence. Explanation of the extraction process.
6:15 pm Return to the hotel.
7:30 pm Tasting of olive oils offered by Mr. Hugues and discovery of the wines of Domaine Mas de la Dame.
08:00 pm Gastronomic dinner with music.
